The origin

Start WithI Love You

How a street performance in the red dust became a living ecosystem.

Spring 2024, uptown Sedona.

Three artists met in the red dust and decided to leave a frequency behind: Kenny Holland (My Name Is Nobody), Craig Rose (Digital Rose), and Patricc Reid (The Anti-Artist Artist).

The Tattoo

October 2025

Patricc had been carrying the phrase Start With I Love You on his arm since May 2021 — words he first read in Tim Ferriss' Tools of Titans from a conversation with comedian Whitney Cummings about her mother. The idea was simple:

"If you say 'I love you' in your head before any interaction, it changes the frequency."

He'd lived that way behind bars, behind the bar, and finally behind a bud-counter — turning service into ceremony.

When the owner offered them a small kiosk across from Pink Jeep Tours in Sedona's town square, they turned it into a carnival booth for consciousness. Craig's only direction was, "Paint it however you want — just don't paint it pink and white."

The reptile sellers next door packed up within a week.

Music spilled into the street — Kenny on guitar, Patricc painting in live motion, Craig filming the current that was moving through them.

Patricc looked down at his tattoo and laughed, "Guess we're making this literal."He painted the words across the wall in block letters that still hum today. Locals called it a mural. They called it a portal.

That phrase became the seed for an ecosystem — an art movement, a scavenger hunt, a prayer disguised as a brand. From that booth grew StartWithILoveYou.com, the public door into a larger living system of music, plant medicine, healing, land and a new way of caring for one another. Every shirt, every code, every clue still traces back to this wall — the first coordinate in the hunt.
